We recently received a tragic diagnosis that 10 year old Mummy has skin cancer. 

We call her Mummy as her 4 daughters are still with her and devoted to her.  She was dumped at the temple heavily pregnant and we rescued her and her new born puppies. 

She's had several tumours for about a week and we hoped they were old age tumours.  But soon more small tumours began to appear all over her body and we suspected skin cancer.   

Currently Mummy is strong and running around as normal but we won't give her chemo or any aggressive treatment which will make her ill.  We're giving her CBD oil and a few supplements together with daily medications to keep her tumours clean.  

We've had several dogs with skin cancer and keeping the tumours clean is  very important and quite difficult. We're considering giving Mummy the same medication Suki is taking to control her lung tumours.  Suki is pain free and no longer struggling to breathe.  It's very expensive but if it can control Mummy's tumour, it will be worth the expense.
